  • Have all original tags and packaging.

  • Be reported for exchange or refund within 5 days of delivery.

2. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Exchange Process

  • After approval, you must return the item to our designated address at your own expense.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item.

  • After approval, you must return the item to our designated address at your own expense.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
